Yes! Our companies regularly hire and sponsor foreign employees for work visas.
Our sponsor companies come from various sources, such as the Department of Labor for Foreign Workers, Chambers of Commerce, and several associations of foreign companies. The companies can also post their jobs directly on our platform.
Every year, we collect data from visa petitions filed with the U.S. Department of Labor for Foreign Workers, including the company, the type of visa sponsored, the number of petitions, the position, the work location, the citizenship, etc.
Our data scientist designed a complex aggregator that cleans and merges all the data for each identified sponsor company. From there, relying on our 8 years of experience in visa sponsorship—such as H-1B, E, and O visas—we analyze this historical data and select only companies that regularly hire and sponsor foreign employees for a work visa in a similar position, discarding all others (only 30% selected). We designate a “company | position” based on the most recent year’s petition, the number of petitions per year over the previous three consecutive years (regularly). We also apply other criteria such as violations, H-1B dependents, etc.
We receive new job posts every week directly from new hiring companies.
We also update our company database annually with the petitions filed each year to the U.S. Department of Labor for Foreign Workers. During this update, we archive companies that we consider no longer sponsors and add new ones that are recognized as sponsors.
