We ask you to pay an affordable subscription fee to apply for our jobs. This allows our team to verify your eligibility manually, ensuring our platform will help you find your job with visa sponsorship. We also maintain our system, which screens every job, ensuring that all jobs published on our platform have visa sponsorship available.

Additionally, unlike another standard job site, USponsorMe also provides you with the services below (that are never free even on other platforms) included in the subscription:

What can I have for free?

For free, you can publish your resume on our database to be visible to U.S.-based sponsor companies and get contacted directly.

Before you subscribe to USponsorMe+, you can, free of charge, see what visa(s) and occupation(s) you might qualify for and the jobs we have that match your profile. Feel free to contact us if you have trouble finding jobs on our platform.

Is there any guarantee?

Yes! USponsorMe’s Satisfactions Guarantee states that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you can cancel your subscription and request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of your enrollment date. The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with our service, and we’ll do whatever we can to make that happen.

Although we are not part of the recruitment process and the employer handles the hiring process directly, we research all the jobs we publish, making sure the jobs we provide you have visa sponsorship available.

What plan should I go with?

Whatever plan you choose, you will have the same features. The only thing that changes is the monthly price. The longer the billing period, the more discounted the price.

Here is why: we want to give a chance to candidates with few jobs. The fewer jobs you see, the more time your job search will take. That’s why we discounted the monthly price for the annual plan.

You can also enjoy the discounted price if you are not in a hurry and have little weekly availability for your job search. It allows you to get into it, but slower.

On the other hand, if you are in a hurry, entirely dedicated to your job search, and can see plenty of jobs or companies for you, a few months for your job search should be enough. The Eligibility Verification is a one-time payment. You pay just once. USponsorMe+ is a subscription (a recurring payment).

For USponsorMe+, you will be billed according to the plan you choose. You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly. Your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of your billing cycle (1 or 12 months).

Is payment secured?

It is! We NEVER store your credit card information.

We use Stripe as our payment platform, a secure system used by other online platforms such as Amazon, Uber, Google, etc.

When you enter your credit card information, it is encrypted directly in Stripe. You can check yourself in your navigation bar: it’s completely safe!

Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

You will be notified by email 7 days before your billing date and when you are charged.

You can cancel your plan anytime from “Setting” by clicking the “cancel” button in the subscription section.

After canceling your subscription, you will see something like this in the subscription section of your profile: “The subscription will be canceled on [billing date].” You will not be charged again.

When you cancel, you will lose your premium features at the end of your billing cycle.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile in the tab Billing & Usage, section My Membership.

Click on the green button Cancel and follow the cancellation process until the end. This will cancel your paid subscription, and you won’t be charged again.

To verify if your subscription was well canceled, go back to your profile in the tab Billing & Usage – section Subscription; you should see the end date of your billing period like this:

What’s your refund policy?

When you subscribe to any USponsorMe+ plan, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. We will 100% refund you minus $27 if the Eligibility Verification has been done when the refund is requested. There is no refund on the Eligibility Verification service after it has been done. Please find more information about our refund policy in our terms and conditions in the section “Refund Policy”.

For USponsorMe+, we will email you to remind you of your billing date 7 days before: if you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it before the end of your billing date, and you won’t be charged.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account and data, go to your profile in the tab Billing & Usage, section My Membership , and click Delete Account. It will delete your account and all your personal information. You will also no longer receive emails from us.

Important note: If you have an active suscription, you will be able to delete your account when your suscription is expired.
