The Eligibility Verification is a one-time payment. You pay just once. USponsorMe+ is a subscription service that requires a recurring payment.
For USponsorMe+, you will be billed according to the plan you choose. You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly. Your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of your billing cycle (1 or 12 months).

For the subscription and registration fees, we use Stripe as our payment platform, a secure system used by other prominent online platforms, including Amazon, Uber, and Google. When you enter your credit card information, it is encrypted directly in Stripe.

You will be notified by email 7 days before your billing date and when you are charged.
You can cancel your plan anytime from “Settings” by clicking the “cancel” button in the subscription section.
After canceling your subscription, you will see the following message in the subscription section of your profile: “The subscription will be canceled on [billing date].” You will not be charged again.
When you cancel, you will lose your premium features at the end of your billing cycle.
When you subscribe to any USponsorMe+ plan, you are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. We will refund you 100% minus the additional services you consumed (Eligibility Check, Resume Review). There is no refund for the Eligibility Verification service once it has been completed. For USponsorMe+, we will send you a reminder email 7 days before your billing date. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it before the end of your billing date, and you will not be charged.
The registration fees of our Career Program are non-refundable.
The visa fees are refundable before any visa approval (e.g., if you withdraw your application or in the event of visa denial at the U.S. Embassy). You will be entitled to a refund of the program fee minus One Thousand Ninety-Five US Dollars (1,095.00 USD), which will be withheld to account for the administrative costs of our service and the sponsor organization’s service. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request. All refunds via international wire transfer will incur a $45 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
After visa approval at the U.S. embassy, there is no refund.
