After a successful interview, we will send you the registration package. Return it to us along with your preferences and the registration fees payment to officialize your registration with us.

Fast Tracked to the Employer
Our R&R Coordinator will recommend your application to our host companies hiring team within 2 business days. You will be prompted to do an online test, and/or schedule an interview with an HR-representative at the host company.

Follow-up and Support
Throughout the process, our R&R Coordinator will weekly check in with employers that have your application in review and take actions. We will continue presenting your profile following your preferences until you receive an offer letter from a host company. We will provide support to you through the process.

Our RR Coordinator will send you the offer letter, the list of requested documents and the invoice to pursue with your J1 visa application.

J1 Visa Paperwork
Send us your documents and pay your invoice, and we will prepare your paperwork for your J1 visa application and craft your DS7002.
Time: Four business days
J1 Visa Application
Review, and sign your DS7002, and we will submit your J1 visa application to our sponsor certified by the US Department of States. Our J1 sponsor will deliver your DS2019 and instructions for the next step.

Appointment at the US Embassy
Complete your DS160, pay your MRV fees and make your appointment at the U.S. embassy in your country. Prepare all paperwork you need for the appointment, and dress professionally for your appointment. We might need to schedule a call before your appointment for preparation.
Time: Depends to the Embassy Workload
Congrats on Your Visa Approved!
After 2-3 days of your appointment, the embassy will ship your visa to the address provided. Book your flight tickets and organize your depart, you are about to embark on a enriching journey on professional and personal plan!
